The breakfast was good there, the beds were comfortable, all you need for a very very good stay. We liked the double room which was stylish. A few steps away from a main street and a cinema. Very nice restaurant available in the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. its location is fantastic, situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet still in the center of Stockholm. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of foods to choose from, including some tasty Swedish pancakes and strong coffee.

The location of Best Western Kom Hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with a calm atmosphere and easy access to the underground station. The hotel had a great location, not right in the centre but still convenient. It was close to the subway and convenience stores, and very close to the Drottningattan pedestrian street. The rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, with clean and nice side furniture. The staff at the reception were welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom was very small and the towels provided were poor in quality.
